- taking action that disrupts the operation of the website;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or administrative panels;

Data provided in the contact form are saved in the website’s database and sent by e-mail to the Clinic.
5. Booking appointments
The website may contain a „Book an appointment” button leading to the eGabinet system and an icon or link leading to Booksy.
eGabinet and Booksy are external booking tools. Their use may be subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those services.
The Clinic is not responsible for the operating rules of external services to which the user proceeds from the Clinic’s website, unless the law provides otherwise.

The website may contain links to external services, in particular booking platforms, social media, review services or partner websites.
The Clinic is not responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy policies or cookie practices used by external services. Before using an external service, the user should read the rules applicable to that service.
7. Fonts and external resources
In accordance with the implementation assumptions, the website should not load fonts directly from Google Fonts servers.
If the website uses specific fonts, the use of system fonts or the local hosting of font files on the website’s server is recommended. This solution limits the additional connections of the user’s browser with external providers solely for the purpose of downloading fonts.

The content on the website, in particular texts, photographs, graphics, logos, the layout of the website, educational materials, service descriptions and elements of visual identity, is protected by copyright or other rights.

The treatment results presented, where such materials are published, do not constitute a guarantee of obtaining an identical result for every person.
The scope, feasibility and expected result of a treatment depend, among other things, on individual qualification, state of health, skin, expectations, contraindications and adherence to recommendations.

Klinika JA makes efforts to ensure that the information on the website is up to date, reliable and consistent with the actual offer.
Klinika JA may update, change or remove the content available on the website, in particular information about services, the price list, appointment availability, specialists or the scope of activity.

12. Reports concerning the operation of the website
Comments regarding the operation of the website, technical errors or content can be reported to the e-mail address info@klinikaja.pl.
Klinika JA sp. z o.o. examines reports within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the matter and technical possibilities.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions may be changed in the event of changes to the website’s functionality, changes to the law, changes to the scope of services, changes to the Controller’s data or the need to clarify the rules for using the website.

14. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply.
The Terms and Conditions come into force on: 1 July 2026.
