Tissue Biostimulators Warsaw – natural skin regeneration and rebuilding
Book a consultation
Tissue biostimulators are a modern group of preparations used in aesthetic medicine whose purpose is not to fill the tissues but to stimulate the skin’s natural regeneration. Rather than changing facial features or adding volume, biostimulators – depending on their composition – can not only rebuild the skin’s collagen scaffolding (densification), but also improve its vascularisation (glow and nourishment) and counteract the structural atrophy of the deeper tissues.
At our clinic in Warsaw we choose the type of biostimulator individually, based on the patient’s age, skin condition and expected results. This allows us to achieve subtle, natural results that develop gradually and last for many months.
How do tissue biostimulators differ from hyaluronic acid?
Although both tissue biostimulators and hyaluronic acid preparations are used in aesthetic medicine, they work in completely different ways.
Hyaluronic acid used as a filler serves primarily to replace lost volume, contour the face and fill wrinkles. The effect is visible almost immediately and comes from the presence of the product in the tissues.
Tissue biostimulators do not work like fillers. Their task is to stimulate the skin to rebuild and regenerate itself. The body gradually produces new collagen and elastin fibres, improving the density, tone and quality of the skin, and the face looks younger without an overdone effect.
This is precisely why tissue biostimulators are currently one of the most important trends in modern aesthetic medicine – they rejuvenate the skin while preserving its natural look.
Types of tissue biostimulators
At our clinic we use only proven preparations from renowned manufacturers, selecting them for the skin’s needs and the goal of the therapy.
Calcium hydroxyapatite
Preparations based on calcium hydroxyapatite are among the best-researched tissue biostimulators. Hydroxyapatite microspheres stimulate intensive collagen production, improve skin tone and deliver a natural lifting effect.
The therapy works particularly well for:
- loss of firmness,
- skin laxity,
- improving the facial contour,
- rejuvenating the neck and décolletage,
- very natural contouring of the jawline.
Polynucleotides
Polynucleotides are among the most advanced regenerative preparations. Their action focuses on rebuilding and repairing damaged tissues, improving microcirculation and supporting regenerative processes at the cellular level.
They are particularly recommended for skin that is:
- thin and delicate,
- dehydrated,
- showing signs of ageing,
- in need of regeneration after intensive therapies,
- around the eyes, where the skin is exceptionally thin and demanding.
Polynucleotides improve skin quality, increase its elasticity and restore a healthy, rested look.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma)
PRP does not work like a classic volumising filler. Its essence is to provoke a repair cascade through the degranulation of the platelets’ α-granules and the release of autologous growth factors (including PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF and EGF).
The treatment works for every skin type:
- skin with signs of photoageing and chronological ageing,
- tired, grey, poorly oxygenated skin, smoker’s skin,
- skin with acne scars,
- thin skin prone to bruising,
- the scalp.
So instead of delivering ready-made building material, PRP compels the patient’s own cells to intensively remodel the extracellular matrix (ECM), which is the very essence of how every tissue biostimulator works.
